Huila, Colombia. Washed Caturra grown at 1,750m on a four-hectare farm Don Hernán has worked since 1998. We’ve bought from this lot for three seasons running.

We opened in a converted brick building on Division in 2019. The small-batch roaster sits behind the bar — you can watch it work while you wait.
We source from two farms we know by name. We roast in small batches every week and keep the menu short, so what you order today tastes like what we tasted this morning.
